As when the obese people are served the coffee which has accidentally been contaminated with a certain drug, it causes them to hallucinate making them see people as food. This shows the stereotype that all obese people think about is food. There is also the stereotype that the male flight attendant is gay. This stereotype mainly comes from that traditionally females needed to be slim to fit down the aisle and that female flight attendants need to be clean/well-taken care of as well as welcoming.
